17 Seconds ~ A Poem by Nachi

I have been chasing life too long..wanting things in life..
to have traquility, peace of mind..
to come from nothing but Love and manifest it in my life.

My chase was like that of a horse from the West
which ran after the carrot attached to its head by a stick & a thread
and the more it chased it..in hunger, and in want,
the more it ran further only in vain..

It seemed that the more harder I tried not to fail
the more it seemed that there was no other end.
I still have fears in my heart even now as I write this poem
ghosts of thoughts that try hard to scare me of my life..
but I will remain quiet and let them dance in any manner they want..

Its only matter of time..before they will give in
and its their turn to chase me now..

I wont hold them any longer in my mind
I am choosing my calm right now, right this moment.
turning the Abe Cycle for 17 seconds long at a time..
